Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made for Astra Roleplay are final and non-refundable. Because virtual goods, supporter benefits, queue priority, roles, gems, tokens, and other digital benefits may be delivered immediately or made available for use within the Service, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or account credits for purchases in whole or in part.

This includes, without limitation, unused virtual goods, partially used subscription periods, items or benefits lost following a ban or rule violation, purchases made for the wrong account because incorrect information was supplied at checkout, and dissatisfaction with the Service.

2. Virtual Goods

Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed for personal use within Astra Roleplay. They may be modified, rebalanced, suspended, or removed as part of the operation, development, or moderation of the Service.

3. Subscriptions

Recurring supporter memberships continue until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund or prorate the current paid period. Benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period unless access is otherwise suspended or terminated under our Terms or server rules.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute, Astra Roleplay may suspend or terminate access to the Service and revoke virtual goods, currency, roles, priority, or other benefits associated with the disputed transaction or account. Fraudulent chargebacks for goods or benefits that were received are a breach of our Terms of Service.

5. Exceptions & Statutory Rights

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. If Astra Roleplay chooses to grant a refund or credit in an individual case, that decision is discretionary and does not create an obligation to grant the same outcome in another case.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Tebex and may also be subject to Tebex's applicable terms, policies, and payment-processing procedures. Astra Roleplay does not receive or store your full payment card details.

7. Contact

If you believe there is a problem with a purchase or delivery, contact us through our Discord before opening a payment dispute. We will review the issue even though purchases are generally non-refundable.
